2. Description of Services

Resonance Network provides a decentralized physical infrastructure network that enables users to participate in mining operations and earn RSN tokens. Our services include:

• Physical mining devices for purchase and operation
• Virtual mining device subscriptions with RSN token rewards
• Access to the Resonance Network blockchain and consensus mechanism
• Wallet services for storing and managing RSN tokens
• Network participation and governance capabilities

3. User Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials
• You are not located in a prohibited jurisdiction
• You comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Device Purchase and Virtual Subscriptions

4.1 Physical Devices

Physical mining devices are sold at the listed price and are subject to availability. All sales are final. Devices come with a limited warranty as detailed in the product documentation. Shipping times and costs vary by location.

4.2 Virtual Subscriptions

Virtual mining subscriptions provide access to network resources and RSN token rewards. Subscription tiers vary in duration and reward amounts. Rewards are distributed according to network performance and may fluctuate based on network conditions.

5. RSN Tokens

RSN tokens are utility tokens used within the Resonance Network ecosystem. By participating in the network, you acknowledge that:

• RSN tokens have no guaranteed monetary value
• Token rewards may vary based on network performance
• Tokens are subject to smart contract functionality
• You are responsible for securing your tokens in your wallet
• Token transfers may be subject to network fees

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit the network consensus mechanism
• Using automated systems to create fake accounts or transactions
• Interfering with the security or integrity of the network
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• Using the service for money laundering or illegal activities

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to Resonance Network are owned by Factory or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for network downtime, token price fluctuations, or third-party actions

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resonance Network, Factory, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, but your obligations under these Terms will survive.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Factory operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
